Bob Dimicco

As co-founder and CEO, Bob leads Revealai with the vision of helping millions of leaders listen, learn and lead, leveraging technology and data to create meaningful value for business, people, and society. With over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneurial executive, Bob is known for driving technical innovation and growth in best-in-class products and is recognized as an inspiring leader who helps people grow to their full potential, values creativity, transparency, diversity, and selflessness while creating an inclusive and empowering work environment.
Most recently, Bob was at Riskalyze, an industry-leading risk-centric wealth management SaaS platform, where he joined as the C-suite leader of global engineering and product, responsible for developing and accelerating transformational strategy, innovation, and a new operating model.
Bob currently serves on the Board of Directors at FreeWave Technologies, a leading provider of wireless Machine-to-Machine solutions that deliver access to data for companies in the industrial Internet of Things markets.

Sanjay Mahadi

As a co-founder and CTO of Revealai, Sanjay brings passion, energy, and proven technology expertise to deliver Revealai product platform to help organizational leaders be agile in decision making by leveraging valuable hidden insights from people.
Sanjay previously co-founded an AI SaaS startup in the future of workspace and was one of the founding leaders for a large-scale consumer IoT product that had a successful exit. As an engineering leader with an entrepreneur mind, Sanjay built and scaled many engineering teams in both startup and large enterprises, and advised CIOs and CEOs on technology investments for growth and competitive advantages.
Sanjay's technical expertise includes product and technology vision, strategy, and architecture with hands-on expertise in AI, natural language processing, distributed systems, and databases on cloud.

Robert Douthit
Sales & Business Development Lead

As a co-founder and lead for business development, Robert is responsible for expanding the Revealai customer base by engaging corporate decision makers and demonstrating the significant value Revealai can bring to business leaders and their organizations.
A 20-year veteran of the US Army with combat tours in Iraq and Mogadishu, along with peacekeeping deployments to Bosnia and Kosovo, Robert also commanded an air cavalry squadron responsible for patrolling Western Iraq in 2004. He considers it among his greatest honors to have served with such outstanding soldiers for two decades, and has testified before Congress on ways to improve opportunities for veterans transitioning from the military into the business world.
Following his military service, Robert spent 14 years at Dell Technologies. The vast majority of his time was as an Executive leading a multinational, pre-sales organization while managing Dell's Customer Solution Centers in NYC, DC, Chicago, Santa Clara, Mexico City, and Sao Paulo, where his teams demonstrated the capability of Dell's vast portfolio of products and services to customers ranging from small businesses to the most recognized companies in the world.

Raj Oza
Consulting and Professional Services Lead

Before Raj joined Revealai, he specialized in helping senior executives better align their organizations to achieve success. His consulting practice, The OrganiZationAlignment Consulting Group, was part of a virtual network that provided professional services in North America, Europe, and Asia for over two decades. Raj launched the group after twelve years with Hewlett-Packard in a series of leadership roles. He also serves on Northwestern University’s IEMS Advisory Board and facilitates the development of MBA Students’ Interpersonal Dynamics at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
During his doctoral program in organizational change, Raj personally learned from Mother Teresa a key life lesson: “We can lead best by serving the needs of our community and by following the lead of those we serve.”
